Bergvliet is a settled family suburb between Constantia and the M3, close to schools, sports fields and the Constantia Village shops. Together with neighbouring Meadowridge, it is made up mostly of free-standing family homes from the 1950s to 1980s, on good-sized erven with established gardens.
