1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of stoneaxiscivils.co.za and to quote requests made through it. The website is operated by Stone Axis Civils (Pty) Ltd, 6 Vaal Lane, Blue Downs, Cape Town, 7200. By selecting Accept you agree to these terms.
2. Site surveys and the site visit fee
- Site surveys are free within 35 km of our base in Blue Downs.
- For properties more than 35 km from Blue Downs, a site visit fee of R350 applies.
- We will confirm before the visit whether the fee applies to your address and how to pay it.
- Distance is measured from our Blue Downs base. Where an address is close to the 35 km limit, the distance we confirm when booking applies.
3. Quotes
- Prices on this website, including the pricing guide, are general guidance only, not an offer.
- A quote is based on what we see during the site visit. We send written quotes within 24 hours of the visit.

- If conditions turn out to be different from what could reasonably be seen during the visit (for example buried rubble or unexpected services), we will tell you and agree any change in writing before continuing.
4. Accepting a quote and payment

5. Your information
- The quote form does not store your details on this website. When you submit it, your WhatsApp or email app opens with your message, and you choose whether to send it.
- We use the details you send us only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work you ask us to do, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
- Your terms choice is saved in your own browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change it at any time with the Terms consent link in the footer.

- Content on this website is general information about surfacing work and is not professional engineering advice for your specific site.
